  • Specializes in Strength/Sport Specific Training, Weight Loss, Injury Rehab and Powerlifting

 

When is The Movement Lab?

Wednesday 4:00pm – 6:00pm

 

Who Can Attend The Movement Lab?

Grades 6 – 9
Maximum 20 Participants per Session **Department of Health Guidelines**
Members: $25 (plus tax) per Session
Guests: $35 (plus tax) per Session

  • There will be a $5 Discount (max $10) per child for families with multiple participants
    ➢ Ex. A member family that has 2 children attending will pay $20 per child. A member family that has 4 children attending will pay $15 per child.

 

How to Register for The Movement Lab?

You can register for The Movement Lab through the Front Desk (in person or over the phone).
Payment will be required at the time of registration.
Your child(ren) will receive a wristband when they check in for their session.
